# Features

<code class="expression">space.vars.PRODUCT\_NAME</code> supports some useful features that can be enabled or disabled with a simple switch in the **Features** section:

## Inbox

This feature can be used for simple task management capabilities in order to handle incoming requests in case you do not have a separate system for that. When enabled the [User Frontend](https://docs.request.biz/standard-user-guide/) shows a Tasks Inbox in the navigation bar. The system automatically creates tasks for approval assessments, but it also supports manual creation of tasks or automated using the **CreateTask** activity in [workflows](/administrator-guide/plans/templates/workflows.md).&#x20;

## Microsoft Teams Client

The[ <code class="expression">space.vars.PRODUCT\_NAME</code> for Microsoft Teams](https://docs.request.biz/request-for-microsoft-teams/) feature makes standard user functionalities from the web version of <code class="expression">space.vars.PRODUCT\_NAME</code> easier accessible via Microsoft Teams. Additionally, the Teams app also makes an AI assistant available, which can help users navigating <code class="expression">space.vars.PRODUCT\_NAME</code> functionalities. Note that for a correct working of this feature, additional one-time only configuration steps are needed.
