## Changes

#### Support for deep links

You can now copy a URL for a specific template and share the link within your organization.

Hover over a template in the **New Request** dialog. Then select the **Copy link** icon to copy the link to the Clipboard. Recipients must sign in before using the link.

#### Support for external references

The **My Requests** data grid now includes a **References** column showing the type and ID of external references, like PROLIN Smart Suite service requests, changes, and work orders.

Each request can have multiple references. The mentioned column combines them and does not support sorting.

The request form now shows similar information on the new **More** page. This replaces the former **Journal** page.

This feature also changes the behavior of the **Conversation** page. This page now remains disabled until an external reference exists. When available, use the **Topic** list to associate a message with an external entity. Select the reference when multiple references exist for one request type.

#### Enhanced filtering in the Admin Frontend

Several Admin Frontend views now provide additional filtering options.
